William Robert “Bob” Still, Jr. is a partner in Bassett Law Firm LLP. Mr. Still maintains a practice in complex tort and commercial litigation, including class action defense, wrongful death and personal injury, tractor-trailer accidents, aviation, rail and bus transportation casualties and auto accidents, miscellaneous machinery and industrial equipment, toxic mass torts, including chemicals, drugs and medical devices, arson, fire litigation and construction accidents-defects and other tort and product liability matters. He graduated from Arkansas State University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and also attended graduate school in public administration. During that time, Mr. Still worked for the United States Department of Commerce and served as an administrative assistant intern to then United States Senator Dale Bumpers. He is a career member of the American Bar Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, the Washington County Bar Association, the Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel, and is admitted to and practices in all Arkansas state, federal and district courts, before the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission, and was admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court in 1986. He is also licensed to practice in the State and federal Courts of Missouri. Mr. Still served as President of the Washington County Bar Association in 1992. Mr. Still is also a Master Barrister in the Washington County Inns of Court and a Judicial Officer of the Fayetteville-Springdale Elks Lodge. He has been twice featured in Northwest Arkansas Business Journal Special Editions. Mr. Still is rated in Martindale Hubble as an AV rated attorney.
