SCOTT E. WRAY

Scott E. Wray is a partner in Bassett Law Firm LLP. Mr. Wray maintains a practice in the areas of corporate law, business transactions and commercial litigation. Mr. Wray’s clients are diverse and include early stage and closely-held companies. Mr. Wray acts as a virtual counsel, advising clients on day-to-day and long-term strategic business issues and transactions, including acquisitions and sales of assets, joint ventures and partnerships, employment matters, real estate transactions, and corporate governance. In addition, he has litigation experience in a broad range of employment, commercial, real estate and construction disputes. Mr. Wary graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1993 with a B.S.B.A. in Financial Management. In 1996, he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Mr. Wray is a member of the Bars of Arkansas and Oklahoma, and he is rated in Martindale Hubble as an AV rated attorney.
