K.C. DUPPS TUCKER

K.C. Dupps Tucker is an associate at Bassett Law Firm LLP. Ms. Tucker’s practice involves representing individuals and corporations in all phases of complex civil litigation—with a focus on environmental and agricultural issues. Ms. Tucker graduated from Colorado College 1995, with B.A. in Political Science and Theatre. Upon graduation, she worked for Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences as the Assistant Director of Development and Alumni Director. In 2007, Ms. Tucker received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law. She also has a Master of Laws degree in Agriculture Law from the University of Arkansas School of Law Graduate Program. While completing her LL.M., Ms. Tucker worked for the National Agricultural Law Center. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tucker was also chosen by the University of Arkansas Law faculty and Wal-Mart to serve as the first Corporate Extern in the Wal-Mart Legal Department working on international service contract review; international lease preparations; and legal research and writing on international labor issues, current European Union legislation, and investor relations. She is admitted to practice before the State and federal courts in Arkansas.
