Joel I. Farthing

Joel Isaac Farthing is an associate at Bassett Law Firm LLP. Mr. Farthing’s practice areas include complex tort and commercial litigation, wrongful death and personal injury, tractor-trailer and automobile accidents, industrial equipment and construction accidents, and premises and product liability actions. He defends law enforcement agencies in federal civil rights actions. He also practices in insurance coverage disputes and has represented insurance clients in declaratory judgment actions in Arkansas circuit courts. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a Bachelor of Arts in French. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville, in 2007. He is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Arkansas, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
