SHANNON L. FANT

Shannon L. Fant is a partner in Bassett Law Firm LLP. His practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage disputes and litigation under commercial general liability, commercial property, professional liability, excess and other types of policies for both domestic and international insurers. Mr. Fant routinely monitors and directs claim investigations for insurers and managing general agents, and has represented his insurance clients in declaratory judgment actions in both state and federal courts. In addition to insurance coverage litigation, his practice includes defense of medical malpractice suits, construction defect cases, and general tort litigation. Mr. Fant graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1994 with a BA in Chemistry. In 1997, he received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law. He is a member of the State Bars of Arkansas and Oklahoma and has been named by his peers as a Mid South Super Lawyer. Mr. Fant is rated in Martindale-Hubbell as an AV rated attorney.
