DALE W. BROWN

Dale W. Brown is a partner in Bassett Law Firm LLP. Mr. Brown maintains a practice in tort and commercial business litigation, with an emphasis in general casualty, contract disputes, employment, large scale construction defect, and premises liability matters. He also practices in the area of workers’ compensation and post-judgment remedies, including garnishment proceedings. Mr. Brown has successfully defended a variety of cases in Arkansas’ trial and appellate courts. He graduated in 2000 from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 2004, Mr. Brown received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Mr. Brown is admitted to practice in Arkansas, and the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Arkansas. He is a member of the Washington County and Arkansas Bar Associations. He has been selected for inclusion in "Super Lawyers - Rising Stars Edition 2011."
