AMANDA R. BARNES

Amanda Barnes is an associate at Bassett Law Firm LLP. Ms. Barnes specializes in assisting her clients with estate planning, corporate organizations and planning, as well as supporting her corporate clients through sales, mergers and acquisitions and negotiations. Her clients include early stage and closely-held companies, and Ms. Barnes advises clients on day-to-day and long-term strategic issues, real estate transactions, and corporate governance. She graduated with a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Arkansas Tech University in 2002. In 2006, she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Ms. Barnes also received a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from the University of Missouri in 2007. She is admitted to practice before the State and federal courts in Arkansas.
